The Three Rivers Adult Hockey League (TRAHL) is a non-checking league with A, B, and C divisions. It is under direction of the Toyota Arena, the Pacific Northwest Amateur Hockey Association (PNAHA), and USA Hockey, and is subject to the rules and by-laws of those organizations. AHA Hockey is Minnesota's Premier adult hockey league, promoting parity and safety. From Beginner to Advanced, there's a place for everyone to play!

Age: To participate in any KCIC adult league, a player must be registered with the league and have a current USA Hockey membership, agreed to abide by the rules and signed a league waiver sheet, in addition to paying the posted players fee. All players must be 18 years of age or older to be on a team roster or fill in as a sub player.
