Adult Education. A large number of Virginians were enrolled in college at some point in their lives but had to take time off from their academic pursuits for personal, financial, or professional reasons. Title I: Adult and Dislocated Worker programs and Youth Programs Administered in our state by WorkForce West Virginia; Title II: Adult Education and Family Literacy Act programs Administered in our state by the Office of Adult Education and Workforce Development at the WV Department of Education.
